Ir. Juhari Husin has more than thirty (30) years of experience related to engineering design evaluations, technical assessments, fabrication and installation of mechanical equipment and structures in oil/gas and petro-chemical industries.

He has extensive hands on experience at various supervision and project management levels for more than fifteen (15) years.

He is presently responsible for the business development of the group for domestic and international markets and act as principal advisers on technical matters of the new and ongoing projects.

He is Bachelor and Master of Science graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Universities SURREY, England (1979) and STRATHCLYDE, Scotland (1982) respectively.

He is also a Professional Engineer and registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia and a Corporate Member (Fellow) of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia.

He is also the founder of the group and member of the Board of Directors of several private limited companies in Malaysia.

Executive Director   :   Zamri Zakaria

Zamri Zakaria has more than twenty five (25) years of experience in the engineering field supervision and management related to new construction and maintenance of pipelines, topside facilities and mechanical equipment in oil/gas and petro-chemical industries.

He is primarily responsible for the business operations for the group to ensure compliance to contractual obligations inclusive of meeting the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements.

He is Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) graduate from University of WISCONSIN – Madison (USA – 1988).

He is the founder of the group and member of the Board of Directors of several private limited companies in Malaysia.

Director   :   Mohd Hafeez Abdullah

Mohd Hafeez has more than twenty (20) years of experience in oil/gas and petro-chemical industries pertaining to maintenance and operations and optimization of process facilities such as heat exchangers, storage tanks, boilers, pumps, compressors and turbines.

He has extensive hands on experience at various levels from fields of supervision through trouble shooting to the process improvement system.

Presently he is managing and supervising projects related to maintenance of heat exchangers, pressure vessels, piping, pipelines and structures encompassing engineering design, procurement, installation and commissioning phases.

Most of these projects are located at various offshore platforms and onshore terminals.

Mohd Hafeez holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (1982) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

Director   :   Ahmad Mahir Juhari

Ahmad Mahir obtained his 1st class honors Bachelor Degree in Legal Study BLS (Hons) and Law LLB (Hons) from (UiTM) in 2005 and 2006 respectively and admitted to High Court of Malaya as Advocate and Solicitor in 2007.

He has achieved several awards during and upon completion of his undergraduate studies which include:-

• Shook Lin & Bok Award 2006
• Yayasan Terengganu 2008

He has been assigned as a legal practitioner on several commercial, civil and corporate litigations for local and international clients including TNB, KWSP, VIMEC (Italy), SIME Darby Properties, State Corporations, etc. during his three (3) years stay with Messrs Azmi & Associates.

He joined the COMPANY as an Executive Director in July 2010.

He is a director for the following Private Limited companies:-

QA/QC Manager  :   Siggy Lai Yue Choy

Siggy Lai Yue Choy has more than eighteen (18) years of practical related to quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities in construction and petro-chemical industries locally and overseas.

He has also gained considerable experience in formulating safety manual and procedures associated with the field applications of conventional and advances Non Destructive Testing (NDTs).

He has gained more than five (5) years of experience in the supervision of NDT techniques and training of personnel at fabrication yards during the 1980s.

Siggy Lai also qualified NDT practitioner in Radiographic, Ultrasonic, Eddy Current, Liquid Penetrant and Magnetic Particle Testing in accordance with ASNT and CGSB requirements. He also an ASNT Level III in RT, UT, ECT and MPT and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of East Asia, Macau.

Siggy Lai is responsible for the training, development and transfer of technology pertaining of tube inspection such as IRIS, EC, RFET and MFL.

Presently he is seconded to SL Inspection Ltd. in Canada as a Project Manager and specializes in the operations of automated ultrasonic based tube inspection techniques using WIP and NIP systems.

Siggy Lai is a graduate in Economics from Campbell University, North Carolina (USA) in 1993 and MBA holder from University of East Asia Macau, 1989.

HSE Officer cum Manager  :   Juerainah Johari

Juerainah Johari has more than five (5) years experiences in the development and implementation and HSE Management System in oil/gas and petro-chemical industries especially during the plant turnaround / shutdown.

She is instrumental in the development of Corporate Health & Safety Manual (HSEM) and corresponding procedures for the company and eventual certification of company to OHSAS 18001:2007.
