Barisan Samudera Sdn Bhd (Co. No 514578-X) was incorporated on the 17th May 2000 under the Company's Act 1965,Malaysia. The authorized paid up capital is RM10,000,000.00 and present paid up capital is RM5,000,000.00. The initial business of the COMPANY was trading activities namely in the provision of supply and support services in marine industry.

The COMPANY was restructured and received fresh injection of funds from new shareholders in November 2005 to better position itself to become a major engineering service provider in oil/gas and marine industries. The restructuring exercise entails changes in board of directorship and key management positions.

The COMPANY is owned and managed by Malaysian entrepreneurs with total accumulated work experiences of more than fifty (50) years to pertaining to engineering design, procument, construction, in service maintenance and project management of facilities in oil and gas, marine, infrastructure, mineral processing and corporate legal management.

Barisan Samudera was incorporated and based in Sabah. The COMPANY currently maintains principal operating and representative offices and engineering workshops at following strategic locations namely:

• Paka, Terengganu : Operating office and offshore fabrication facilities.

• Labuan office, W.Persekutuan : Operating office/workshop. A new office cum workshop is under construction and the company is in the process of acquiring an open fabrication yard.

In line with the anticipation of future expansion in oil/gas business especially in the state of Sabah and Sarawak to compliment the existing ongoing project activities, the COMPANY in 2010 has decided to acquire 100% equity in HKAZ Services Sdn Bhd to expand and strengthen the scope of service in electrical and instrumentation service state.

In June 2011, the company has made decision to incorporate an offshore company to facilitate the future plans for international business through BARISAN SAMUDERA INC (Labuan).

In 2013, the company has decided to acquire 20% stake in SANICHEM Resources to compliment the activities in the provision of industrial laboratory facilities in oil/gas industry.

In 2014, the company has incorporated BEN AUF FOOD INDUSTRIES Sdn Bhd to diversify the business into retail industry.

The COMPANY is positioning itself 2B a global player in the provision of cost effective engineering solutions encompasing all the phases of an engineering facilities which include design, engineering, construction, installation, commissioning and operations in oil and gas,and we have diversify our business to include services related to environmental issues such as zero sludge concept in water treatment plant (WTP).
